An unconference is instead led by the participants. While the organisers have some particular topics and questions to serve as a springboard for discussion, the direction and the agenda (such that it exists) for the day will be determined by the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an unconference, there is no formal programme, and the organisers have set some topics to be considered by participants.
