The PLIP project has been designed to use cognitive-dissonance as an intervention to reduce perfectionistic views in athletes, students and staff at Newcastle University and surrounding areas.
It involves two one hour workshops delivered by ‘peer leaders’. These are University students who have specalised training in the delivery of the workshops in addition to a passion for busting perfectionistic myths.
These workshops run throughout the 2023/24 academic year!
