Perfectionism can manifest in everyday life, making it hard for you to start new things. You may feel worried about making mistakes, not getting top grades or not being good enough. These are all perfectionistic thoughts, these stop you from trying new things in fear you won’t be very good at it, or causes procrastination as you want to avoid making a mistake.
During the workshop we will work to question and disprove these thoughts that we all experience. It is a great opportunity for people to come together to show you are not alone and learn ways to overcome these thoughts and feelings.
