Here\nare some tips that may help:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/en-gb\/article\/send-automatic-out-of-office-replies-in-outlook-on-the-web-0c193ab0-b9e1-4058-84be-a5b014242290\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Use your out of office message<\/a>&nbsp;to set response-time\nexpectations.&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/en-gb\/article\/create-and-add-an-email-signature-in-outlook-on-the-web-5ff9dcfd-d3f1-447b-b2e9-39f91b074ea3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Update your email signature<\/a>&nbsp;to\ninclude&nbsp;when&nbsp;and&nbsp;how&nbsp;you\u2019ll answer emails.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>If\nyou need to send emails out&nbsp;of&nbsp;normal working hours\n(e.g.&nbsp;for&nbsp;childcare)&nbsp;be clear&nbsp;about&nbsp;what you need the\nrecipient to do and when.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>You\ncan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/en-ie\/article\/delay-or-schedule-sending-email-messages-026af69f-c287-490a-a72f-6c65793744ba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">delay or schedule sending email\nmessages<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li>Is\nan email necessary?&nbsp;Try&nbsp;a chat message or&nbsp;a&nbsp;call in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/en-us\/article\/video-welcome-to-microsoft-teams-b98d533f-118e-4bae-bf44-3df2470c2b12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Teams<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/services.ncl.ac.uk\/itservice\/core-services\/email\/guides\/skype\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Skype<\/a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/videoconferencing.ncl.ac.uk\/softwaresolutions\/zoom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zoom<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li>Lead\nby example. If you send and respond to emails outside normal working hours, others\nwill too.
