We have learned a\u00a0great deal so far about the intricacies and complexities of creating a new conference, and we are looking forward to the event itself on 16th\u00a0March 2017. When we started out, March 2017 seemed a very distant time and destination, but now we are on the run up to Christmas and then it will be 2017, so RoF will soon be with us! Feels like a metaphor for\u00a0a PhD &#8211;\u00a03 years seems like a long time when you start &#8211; but actually life after the PhD\u00a0is not that far away.
