The Robinson Library is changing…

As you can see from the picture, the new carpet is now in place on Level 3 and we are taking delivery of some of the new furniture today. Toilets on Levels 3 & 4 are closed whilst the final fittings go into place but should be open again soon.

The entrance area to Level 3 (near the Information Desks) will be closed from Friday 17th August, possibly until after the bank holiday (~28th August). This is to allow carpet laying and the installation of new power and data points. The PCs and the furniture will be moved out of the area on Friday and the area closed off although access will still be possible to the rest of the floor and to Maths Aid and the SAPL Room via the main staircase (D)

Due to the L1 flood damage, access to pcs elsewhere is much reduced,

This may not excite you as much as it excites us!

The new toilets are now being installed on Levels 3 and 4 – there will be more of them, as well as better access for folks with disabilities.
