confidence in social situations; mindfulness and lots more.&nbsp; The workshops are ongoing so click on the &lt; &gt; keys to move to a new month for future dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncl.ac.uk\/wellbeing\/mentalwellbeing\/online-cbt\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>SilverCloud<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>is available to all Newcastle University students, free of charge.&nbsp;SilverCloud&nbsp;is a suite of online CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) programmes, which can be tailored to a student\u2019s specific needs.&nbsp; Silvercloud&#8217;s online CBT programmes can be accessed anywhere on a PC, tablet or mobile and are easy to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncl.ac.uk\/wellbeing\/talkcampus-247support\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>iNCLude<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>is a&nbsp;self-help&nbsp;app designed to help students take small steps to improve and maintain their&nbsp;wellbeing.&nbsp;The app has been designed with specialists, using evidence-based methodology and looks at how to maximise experience at University by creating positive habits to ensure&nbsp;students are&nbsp;focussing on more than just&nbsp;their&nbsp;academic studies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some <strong>external<\/strong> resources below that you might find useful which are focused primarily on student mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/studentspace.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Student Space<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;Wellbeing resources, advice and expert information to&nbsp;help&nbsp;students&nbsp;through the challenges of coronavirus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.studentminds.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Student Minds<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 An organisation that&nbsp;empowers&nbsp;students and members of the university community to look after their own mental health, support others and create change.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ONGOING NEWS<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Are you a current UG Stage 1 student, worried about finding a flatmate in Stage 2?<\/span><\/strong><br>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncl.ac.uk\/accommodation\/current-students\/reslife\/findaflatmate\/\">ResLife Find a Flatmate Scheme<\/a> is for single students who are looking to&nbsp;share private accommodation, and who wish to join with others to form a group. &nbsp;This service is available to all current first year registered students of Newcastle University. &nbsp;Any second year and above students should contact the Student Advice Centre in NUSU.&nbsp;
