{"id":107,"date":"2022-03-07T04:18:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T04:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/snes-edi\/?p=107"},"modified":"2022-05-17T14:19:22","modified_gmt":"2022-05-17T13:19:22","slug":"edi-guide-new-sections-published","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/snes-edi\/2022\/03\/07\/edi-guide-new-sections-published\/","title":{"rendered":"EDI Guide \u2013 new sections published"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our <a href=\"http:\/\/snes-news.ncl.ac.uk\/c\/1Ti1rtQIbEpoFmIv6wsVS\">EDI guide <\/a>was inspired by a student&#8217;s suggestion, and aims to highlight and curate useful information resources relating to EDI themes, such as those listed in the <a href=\"http:\/\/snes-news.ncl.ac.uk\/c\/1Ti7lvxNtHVgwdTjnFJXT\">University&#8217;s EDI priorities<\/a>, and provide easy access to them in one place. We hope it will promote awareness and discussion, broaden horizons, and challenge us all. It highlights information resources of all types, within and beyond the Library; including books, social media, films, archives, and much more.<br><br>We&#8217;re pleased to say we have now published resources and reading lists for all the guide themes, with age <a href=\"http:\/\/snes-news.ncl.ac.uk\/c\/1Tij9yVY3OX0dWeVVYi1V\">equality, <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/snes-news.ncl.ac.uk\/c\/1Tip3AD3lSsS4NpKd7z3W\">disability equality <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/snes-news.ncl.ac.uk\/c\/1TiuXCk8DVYJVEAyugQ5X\">social mobility <\/a>being the most recent sections.<br>Our guide will always be a work in progress, and we would welcome your suggestions for resources we should include.
