This is due to the reaction between the bicarbonate of soda and the shaving foam. It&#8217;s actually a <strong>colloid<\/strong>. A colloid is a substance which has droplets of one state surrounded by\u00a0another state. There are lots of different types of colloids with different combinations of states making up the droplets and the surrounding.
