Major national titles such as the <em>Irish Examiner<\/em>, <em>Irish Independent<\/em> and <em>Sunday Independent<\/em> are included, together with a wide range of regional titles, such as the <em>Meath Chronicle<\/em>, <em>Kerryman<\/em>, <em>Connacht Tribune<\/em> and <em>Ulster Herald<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The archive is updated daily with the latest editions of current titles, and it also includes significant newspapers which are no longer published, such as the <em>Freeman&#8217;s Journal<\/em> and <em>The Nation<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"561\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/subject-support\/files\/2020\/01\/resul.png\" alt=\"Title pages of Irish newspapers\" class=\"wp-image-3104\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/subject-support\/files\/2020\/01\/resul.png 561w, https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/subject-support\/files\/2020\/01\/resul-249x300.png 249w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 561px) 100vw, 561px\" \/><figcaption>A selection of title pages from the archive.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You can search and refine your results in various ways, or choose <strong>browse<\/strong> to look through individual newspapers by date. Various save and export options are available, and there are some short help videos on the archive&#8217;s home page to give you some tips (note, these don&#8217;t have sound).
