It\u2019s likely to be of interest to anyone studying literature, languages (ancient to modern), film studies and media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve recently upgraded our subscription to include the <strong>2018\/19 top-ups<\/strong> of the&nbsp;<strong>Nick Hern Books<\/strong>&nbsp;collection and the <strong>Core Collection<\/strong> (featuring plays published by Bloomsbury and Faber), giving us access to an additional 150 plays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the plays are individually catalogued and searchable via&nbsp;<strong>Library Search<\/strong>,&nbsp;or you can search\/browse them all in various ways on the&nbsp;<em>Drama Online<\/em>&nbsp;site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"821\" height=\"723\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/subject-support\/files\/2018\/11\/dosearch.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1310\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/subject-support\/files\/2018\/11\/dosearch.png 821w, https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/subject-support\/files\/2018\/11\/dosearch-300x264.png 300w, https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/subject-support\/files\/2018\/11\/dosearch-768x676.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, using the options at the top of the screen, you can browse by title, author, genre and time period, or if you click&nbsp;<strong>Find Plays<\/strong>&nbsp;on the home page, you can add in other search filters, such as number of roles or scenes.
