Picture Post<\/em> was a British magazine (seen as the British equivalent of Life <\/em>magazine) which was renowned for its use of photojournalism, in an era before television. It covered social and political issues, as well as providing a visual record of everyday life in Britain during and after World War Two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
