The room is accessible either by the central stairwell (to the right of the reception desk), or the lifts. If travelling directly from the station, you may wish to get a taxi from the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/NbT9MU9m5rJzTwmd9\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/NbT9MU9m5rJzTwmd9\" target=\"_blank\">taxi rank located outside the station<\/a>. Alternatively, you can book a taxi in advance, to take you from the station or your place of accommodation, through one of the local taxi service companies (e.g. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/newcastle-taxis.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/newcastle-taxis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Newcastle Taxis<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The room the symposium will be held in is located on a first floor, but the building is fully accessible, and includes a lift and accessible toilet facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For those attending online, the symposium will be held in an online meeting platform like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, both of which include accessibility features like live captioning.
