MIMAS and ie9

There is a problem with MIMAS databases (which includes Web of Knowledge) and Internet Explorer version 9 – the search results are not displaying properly.

There is a temporary fix to this, please ask students to enable the compatibility mode by doing the following:

Click on Tools menu.
Click on Compatibility View Settings.
Type ‘webofknowledge.com’ in the text-box and click on Add.

IE9 is loaded onto all ISS clusters (but not the library PCs) so this may be a query we recieve a lot.
