When you issue headphones could you please ask the reader to try to return them by 20:30 before the desk closes on day of issue. If they want them until the following day, then they may take them home but ask them to take care of them. If they return them broken then they’ll have to pay the replacement charge.
They MUST be checked in and not given to the porters!
We are also charging fines now for late return.
