When we report faults can we add a couple more people in to the email (change in staffing in Admin) sent to lib-photocopy@ncl.ac.uk. Please copy to Gail Widdrington and Sandra Fish as before plus Annette Bush and Barbara Lewthwaite. They work various shifts so this should cover everyone.

In addition a blue form needs to be filled out and left on Margaret’s desk.
