FILLING PAPER TRAYS IN CLUSTER PRINTERS
Paper is stored behind screens along from printers; each packet contains one ream of paper.
Open the paper ream and remove any creased sheets from top or bottom of ream.
Open bottom printer trays and carefully place paper inside, gently flatten with hand to line up the paper.
An empty lower tray will take three reams, an upper tray will take one.
Please do not put paper above the markers on the inside of the printers on either tray 2 or 3. There are markers on both the upper and lower tray, please do not overfill as this causes jams.
The colour printer only accepts one ream of paper in each tray, a message will appear in the small display if you overfill the printer.
If the display starts flickering the paper gauges may have moved slightly. Open up the tray, remove paper and align the slots to A4. The display stops flickering once this has been done correctly.
Thank you
