ROLE DUTIES
- You’ll have the chance to contribute to the development of groundbreaking new software where you’ll work on both the frontend & backend
- You’ll work at home (or be a digital nomad), but expect plenty of interaction with this leftfield & dynamic team. There’ll be daily catch ups via video, & face to face meetings once a month to once a week. You’ll also have an opportunity to get outstanding personal growth with this multi-award-winning company
- You will have the exciting opportunity & support to learn new technologies and frameworks that we use as part of our platform
- You will actively contribute & have a voice with the development of new features & products. Eventually you’ll also have the opportunity to own & manage products
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- You have graduated or will be graduating this year with a degree in a Web Development or Computer Science course
- You have experience using JavaScript and/or Python • You’re able to work from home & can travel if needed
- Dedicated to delivery high quality products that make a positive impact with our users • Resourcefulness, initiative & ability to resolve issues through elegant & innovative solutions
- You understand object oriented programming & agile methodology
- You have strong interpersonal & communication skills and can work as part of a team
BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Any examples of your side projects that showcases your technical proficiency
- Experience and interest with design
- Any experience using a modern JS web-framework like Angular, React or Vue.js
- Any experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Node.js, .NET & Rails
- Experience or an interest with full-stack development. We encourage and support all our developers to be able to grow and eventually contribute to every part of our applications
- Some familiarity with RESTful web service APIs
- An understanding of functional programming and its pros & cons
- Any experience with D3.js, Bootstrap and Docker
