A bit about who we are…
We are a fast growing technology business who develop deal comparison SaaS for our own branded retail business (Simplifydigital) and numerous other blue-chip clients across Europe, including: Carphone Warehouse, Sky, TalkTalk, MSN, Comparethemarket, DMGT, Numericable and the Guardian Media Group.
The business was founded in 2007 and we currently focus on TV, broadband and home phone price comparisons, however we are in the process of expanding into energy and mobile phone comparison.
It remains privately owned, and was named as one of Europe’s fastest growing technology businesses in the 2013 GP Bullhound Media Momentum Awards; the 2013 Sunday Times Tech Track 100; and the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards.
A bit about who we are looking for…
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing software development team in a key role focusing on the design and development of our database.
A bit about what you may be doing…
- Working across development, testing, product management and design functions to define the technologies and methodologies that we use to achieve business objectives
- Contributing to agile standups with fresh ideas
- Using a range of technologies, predominantly SQL, SPSS, SSIS and SSRS
- Working with other members of the technical team to develop skills both on-the-job and formally in classroom based training sessions
To apply…
- You will ideally have a degree from a top 10 university in a technical discipline
- Committed to a career in technology as a software developer focusing on database technologies
Salary: Up to £32k
