We would expect a candidate to have knowledge of object-oriented software design. Experience with C#, MVVM, WPF, Git and Visual Studio would be beneficial but is not required.
As a placement software engineer you will join our agile development team to develop new features within our latest generation of products. This will involve a number of roles; programming, testing, documenting and working on a number of areas within the product; GUI development, data integration and client/server communication. The placement will provide an opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding and practical experience of modern software development.
The ideal person will have a positive and flexible attitude, be eager to learn and committed to achieving results. The learning curve will be steep but support will be provided by an enthusiastic team of software engineers.
