What will I be doing? •
- Providing friendly 1st line and some 2nd line support for employees of all levels on a variety of IT issues
- Escalating problems to the relevant team or provider where required
- Preparation and issuing of IT Equipment, such as laptops and phones, for new and existing employees
- Supporting mobile phone issues mostly for iOS • User account management (Password resets, unlocking, licensing etc.)
- Act as “Smart Hands” to support hardware for externally managed services
- Ordering, issuing, and unblocking of company ID & access cards
- Office 365 support and troubleshooting
- Keeping asset records accurate and up to date
- Assisting with the promotion and implementation of local IT projects
- Assisting with the promotion and implementation of SGRE strategic IT Projects
What you need to make a difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- Have achieved/be studying towards an IT- or Business-related degree with a minimum 2:1 expected
- Be able to communicate within a team and across all levels, including Management, Suppliers and External Service Providers
- Be proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines • Be able to work methodically and independently where applicable
- Be numerate and proficient in the use of Windows 10 operating system
