A placement at Macro 4 offers you a fantastic opportunity to learn new IT skills that will help kickstart your career.
You will be part of an established talent team which develops innovative software solutions for household name businesses around the globe. Macro 4 is a software division of UNICOM Global, one of the world’s fastest growing technology companies and a long-term partner of IBM.
Our technical teams are experienced in all major computing platforms, including IBM mainframes, Power, UNIX, Windows and new mobile and emerging technologies such as Blockchain. We believe in creating an environment where you can collaborate with others to learn multiple new skills, as well as having responsibilities for your own areas of work. We also encourage you to bring your own ideas and really show us what you can do.
You will work closely with other areas of the business to support the entire product development lifecycle, helping you gain an insight into how a successful software company operates.

We are offering three placements at our European headquarters situated a short train ride from the city of London and Brighton with easy access from the M23. Two of the placements will be within the Research and Development team, and one will be within the Marketing team.
