DIG Chair Dr Becca Wilson and HaSS EDI Officer Kelechi Dibbie were recently invited as panel speakers at the British Science Association and BIG STEM Communicators Network workshop “What can we do to be better equality, diversity and inclusion allies?” held 17th July 2019 in Edinburgh.
Becca presented her top tips to make STEM engagement events accessible for both attendees and presenters, with Kelechi speaking about intersectionality. The BSA blog post “Top tips to make your events and activities more accessible” based on the event is now available.
