The Faculty Unit for Educational Research Development and Practice (ERDP) is a central hub to support FMS Teaching staff drive curriculum innovation through education research. The unit aims to:
- Support and develop staff engagement in learning and teaching research
- Establish networks across the Faculty that provide teachers with the opportunity to share good practice and develop ideas
- Develop multi-disciplinary projects suitable to attract internal and external sources of funding
- Raise the profile of FMS as a centre for teaching excellence within the University, Nationally and Internationally.
