Hi and welcome to The Starter Kit!
My name is Gretel Dixon and I’m both an START UP Adviser and a fellow graduate from Newcastle University (MBA 2014). I am also a bit of a gamer, a chocoholic, a Mexican with a weird writing style and the curator of this magical blog, amongst other things.
When I started providing one-to-one support to aspiring entrepreneurs, I noticed that a lot of them had very similar questions or where looking for easy, free, online ways of doing the same things.
I’ve always taken pride on how good I am at finding not-very-well-known stuff online that is actually pretty amazing and/or useful. So I thought I could put those skills to good use and build something that could help answer the questions of those aspiring entrepreneurs and make their journey from idea to business easier, faster and more pleasant.
So here it is. This is it!
Because I like games and so many of them offer “starter kits” for new players, it only made sense to call this blog exactly that. And that’s what is: A collection or “kit” of useful online tools, curated by a NCL Entrepreneur, for fellow NCL Entrepreneurs starting their own journey.
