Generic Achiever SOPs are currently being put into place with the intention they will be rolled out to all Biobanks adopting the Achiever Medical system. There will be in total seven documents covering the universal range of procedures used at Biobanks when handling tissue, this will leave scope for the development of individual SOPs for the unique requirements of each biobank.
The completion date for the Generic SOPs is the end of September.
