The role will involve:
- Deploying applications as authorised by Technical Support Manager
- User support – specialist applications
- User support – core applications
- Application housekeeping & maintenance
- Escalating infrastructure and support issues to Technical Support Manager as required
- Participating in local and national projects, rollouts and deployments
- Complying with local and national standards, procedures and security policy
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the Technical Support Manager
- Occasional general applications development
