Train on the job with our supportive two-year programme and earn qualifications as you train:
• PGCE
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Unlike a university-based PGCE, you will be based in a school from day one. This means you’ll be able to see the impact you’re having straightaway. But we won’t throw you in at the deep end; you’ll receive 500 hours of face-to-face training, focusing on both theory and practice. You’ll be supported every step of the way by your dedicated tutor, in-school coach, a network of education experts and a cohort of fellow trainees.
You’ll be based in one of over 40 schools in your choice of our four locations; Birmingham, Hastings, London and Portsmouth.
