During your time with us you will have the opportunity to work within different engineering teams, working on different products and projects, as well as different technologies and people. From the very start of your placement you will be assigned to one of our teams and expected to contribute as an active member, whilst at the same time been given the support and guidance so you can to be successful. Our Developers have an important voice in how our products are constructed, so our teams consist of talented, collaborative, driven individuals. We work in an open environment that treats people in a first-class manner and provides them with ownership, responsibility, and autonomy. Our teams have great opportunities for personal development and therefore the role would benefit a self-motivated learner.

About You

We are seeking the best and brightest junior developers to join our software engineering teams in Exeter. Desired skills, experience and personal qualities:

• 2:1 or higher in a Computing related degree.

• Good knowledge of web technologies, including:  C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure) Mobile Development

• Someone who gets excited by tough technical challenges. • Someone who loves to learn and is passionate about helping others.

• Someone who can collaborate and work well with others.

• Someone who has a genuine interest in the future of software development. The key is that you are a capable developer, the specific languages and technologies can then be learned. Your adaptability, aptitude and chiefly attitude are the most important.
