In Search we use a range of methods to measure our impact, some are “Manual” and on Spreadsheets, and some are captured on existing our database. We are looking at renewing our database/IT system in the coming months and we would like to look at how we measure the impact our services have on the people we support, and what elements of this we can capture in our new Database/IT system as possible.
