NUSU are looking to renew and refresh their strategy and services, and over the years, have become disconnected from the SU sector. The new CEO began work with NUSU in June 2023, and over the spring and summer of 2024, will be reviewing resourcing and priorities. This intern post is to assist this process by conducting research of other student unions, benchmarking NUSU activities and spending, by establishing a ‘peer group’ of similar SUs, and conducing online and interview research to compare our outcomes, processes and resourcing.

Duration: This internship will take place for 50 hours over the summer vacation. You will attend business premises in Newcastle as well as working remotely.
