Personalising Dashboard Columns Posted on 16 May, 2013 by Sharon There is a way to change the columns you see on the dashboards, for example to add a new column. Right-click on any column in the dashboard, then from the list select ‘Add Attribute’ – you will see a list of available columns that you can add.
I can’t see this option on my dashboard? When right-clicking on a column then only available options are ‘sort ascending’ and ‘sort descending’. Reply ↓
If I right-click on a column header, I just get the options to sort. Right-clicking in the content of the table gives actions for the incident/SR on that row. Am I right-clicking in the wrong places? Reply ↓

I don’t get the Add Attribute option if I do this.
