My name is Ryan Crossley and I am currently studying an engineering foundation degree at Newcastle University. From this, I hope to progress onto the electrical and electronic engineering course which the university provides. This will allow me to become one step closer to becoming an electrical engineer.
I currently live in the city of Sunderland, with my family and commute to the university daily. I studied at Castleview Enterprise Academy to GCSE level. After collecting my GCSEs I progressed on to Sunderland College where I achieved my Applied Science (Medical) Level 3 Extended Diploma.
After completing my degree I hope to become an electrical engineer with in the field of renewable energy. This is because I wish to play my part in making the world a more sustainable place to live as well as being involved in the advancement of science. In addition I how to run my own business in the future which will be built around markets in the engineering industry.
