Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement
People who use NHS dental services are central to SCOPE.
Our PPIE group includes patients, carers and public contributors who work alongside the research team throughout the project. They help shape the research, challenge assumptions and ensure that the findings are meaningful and accessible.
PPIE members are involved in:
- Designing participant-facing materials
- Advising on recruitment approaches
- Interpreting findings from a public perspective
- Co-creating dissemination outputs, including infographics and videos
