  • This week’s poet Natalie Crick was shortlisted for the Anthony Cronin International Poetry Prize 2018 with her poem ‘Anorexia’. The presentation was held on Sunday 4th November in Enniscorthy, Country Wexford (Ireland) as part of Wexford Literary Festival 2018. The eventual winner became ‘Wash Day’ by Joan Morrissey.

 

  • Genna Godley, an alumnus of 2017 – 2018 MA
  • in Creative Writing and a current PhD student, is performing her poetry tonight (12th of November) at Ernest, 1 Boyd St. Other authors and poets include Bonny Brooks, Mariley Reinoso Olivera, Guy Mankovski, Rob Walton and Ellen Phetean.

 

  • Sandra Galton has been longlisted in Mslexia Poetry Competition and commended in Poetry & Psychoanalysis Competition. She was also commended in the Culpeper’s Remedy Competition.

 

  • Lauren Mason, an alumnus of Poetry School London, has also been longlisted in this year’s Mslexia Poetry Competition. Her poem ‘Sanctuary’ has been recently published in the anthology ‘Humanagerie’, produced by a small independent publisher Eibonvale Press.
