- Robinson Prize Lecture in Cosmology Thursday 9th May 5.30pm in the Curtis Auditorium.
Regular Events
- Monday: Cosmology Lunch 12:00-13:00 currently hybrid with some of us in the school library (bring your own lunch) and some of us on zoom, an informal setting for students and staff to give updates about their work and learning about key topics within the group in short 15min crash courses.
- Tuesday: Astro-ph Journal Club 11:00-12:00 together with Observational Astronomy research group, currently hybrid with some of us in the school library and some on zoom. A chance for external speakers to present their recent work/papers and for group members to discuss recent papers from the arXiv.
- Wednesday: Internal Applied Mathematics Seminar 13:00 – 14:00 usually with coffee and cookies provided, currently hybrid
- Friday: Applied Mathematics Seminar, usually 14:30 – 15:30 during semester time with coffee provided, featuring a mix of national and international speakers, currently hybrid
