I am writing to invite you to take part in an NIHR-funded project to develop a Minimum Dataset for Traumatic Dental Injuries (TDI).
Please find attached an Information Sheet that outlines the research purpose and process. It explains what you will need to do if you agree to take part – in short -a two round online questionnaire. I would be grateful if you could read this then let me know if you are able to take part. As a clinician involved in treating traumatic dental injuries, your view is important.
It is important you are able to take part in both rounds of the questionnaire, so please consider this before agreeing to take part. We expect the questionnaire to be open as follows:
- Round One: 29/03/21 – 12/04/21
- Round Two: 19/04/21 – 03/05/21
