We would be very grateful for your participation in a region-wide survey exploring current provision of dental care for children. This survey has been developed on behalf of Newcastle University and is aimed at dentists working across the North East of England outside of the hospital setting. Your participation in this survey will help to provide valuable information to drive development and improvement of services, and, education and training opportunities within your region. Completion of the survey should take no longer than 15 minutes. There is also enclosed an opportunity to register your interest in Tier 2 education and training opportunities in skills relevant to paediatric dentistry.
