Dental ExtraCtions versus fillings for adult teeth In children: a cost
bEnefit/effectiveness analysis – DECIDE Study

As part of my PhD study looking to identify the most efficient pathway for compromised first permanent molars in children, in terms of extraction versus restoration, I need to interview adolescents aged 12+ and adults aged 16-65.   I am looking for practices to opportunistically identify adults and adolescents who meet the eligibility criteria.  Once identified, practices will need to email a copy of the consent-to-contact form to my nhs.net account.   Practices will be reimbursed for setting up as a local identification site as well as receiving service support costs.
