We are excited to share with you a unique and exciting opportunity for dental nurses to take part in a research project.
Earlier in the year we held a ‘sandpit event’ to identify a research question/area for our group to work on. The general topic of dental nursing recruitment/ career development was selected.
We are looking to recruit 8 dental nurses to form a research group to develop a research question and design a project. There will be 6 evening sessions (held virtually with perhaps some hybrid sessions) which will last 2 hours each. The sessions will provide research training and the group will develop a research project to take forwards in future work.
You will be reimbursed for your time at £100 per session (£600 in total if you attend all sessions.) eCPD will be provided.
We are looking for participants from a range of backgrounds (practice, community, hospital settings) and experiences. Preference will be given to those working in the North East (of England) and North Cumbria.
