Microsoft Forms to Replace Form Builder 

Form Builder has been used by the University for form creation for over 10 years, and has became increasingly difficult to support and maintain. To ensure your data remains as secure as possible, Form Builder will be retired from service later this year. In preparation for this, from 12 August 2022, you will no longer be able to create new forms in Form Builder.
