SCArFE is an international and interdisciplinary project exploring the sustainable consumption practices and agri-ethics knowledges of the new middle-classes in Brazil, China and South Africa. We are a team of seventeen working across seven universities, 4 countries and 4 continents. The project is funded by N8 and the ESRC.
