Amanda is a Partner in Sintons Law specialising in the Healthcare and Charity sectors.

Experience:

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, partnerships and LLPs principally in the Healthcare sector
• Particular specialism in dental and medical partnerships
• Amanda is a key player in the Healthcare team, advising the largest number of Dentists and GPs both regionally and nationally
• She is former Chair of the Association of Specialist Providers to Dentists and Trustee of the Tyne Gateway Trust
• Amanda regularly gives seminars and training on issues relevant to Dentists, GPs, Healthcare professionals and Charities
• Amanda also chairs our the Corporate Social Responsibilty Committee
• Outside of work, Amanda is a Governor at the Newcastle High School for Girls
• Amanda is heavily involved in Training and Development in the firm, including Graduate Recruitment
