Experience:

• Advising directors and governing bodies on Human Resources issues and regulatory and procedural compliance
• Advising healthcare providers, businesses and charities under Assero, Sintons Law’s Employment Protection Package
• Representing corporate clients, directors and high net worth individuals in the Employment Tribunal
• Reporting on the employment aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions
• Advising on and negotiating the terms of settlement agreements
• Donna is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is heavily involved in the facilitation of training in the region
• Donna is also interested in policy and the effect on local commerce and she sits on the North East Chamber of Commerce’s Durham Committee
• In her spare time, Donna mentors student lawyers studying at Northumbria University and Sunderland University
