Inspera Digital Exams Team
At the start of Semester 1 and Semester 2, the Inspera Digital Exams Team contact the Module Leader of any centrally supported summative Inspera exams that are due to happen that Semester. We will request that a Digital Exams Form is completed to provide the team with lots of useful information.

Deadlines
The deadlines for Digital Exam Form and Question Set submission to the Inspera Digital Exams Team are listed below. These are applicable to any centrally supported summative Inspera exams.
Semester 1 Assessment Period:
- Digital Exam Form Deadline: 24th October 2025
- Question Set Deadline: 14th November 2025
Semester 2 Assessment Period:
- Digital Exam Form Deadline: 18th February 2026
- Question Set Deadline: 6th March 2026
Semester 3/August Assessment Period:
- Digital Exam Form Deadline: The deadline for Semester 1 exams in the August assessment period is 16th March 2026 and for Semester 2 exams in the August assessment period the deadline is 30th June 2026.
- Question Set Deadline: The deadline for Semester 1 exams in the August assessment period is 17th April 2026 and for Semester 2 exams in the August assessment period the deadline is 7th July 2026.
Ad Hocs:
- Digital Exam Form Deadline: As soon as possible, but no later than 4 weeks prior to your exam date.
- Question Set Deadline: 3 weeks prior to the exam date.

Save the Date
Inspera are hosting an on-campus event with Newcastle University users on the afternoon of Wednesday 5th November (time and location TBC). This is the 4th year we have had Inspera visit us on campus, and it is an excellent opportunity to hear about the developments coming to Inspera Assessment. It is also a chance to discuss with them any challenges or improvement suggestions you may have. Watch out for further details in the coming weeks.
