Suzanne leads a small team working on online/blended course development, including credit bearing modules and programmes, and free online courses.
Suzanne’s experience includes open learning, open educational resources, open practice, open licencing (including use of Creative Commons), consent, copyright and IPR in learning and teaching. She encourages inclusive, creative approaches to course design and content development.
Nuala Davis
Learning Enhancement and Technology Adviser – Projects
Nuala works with academic teams to redesign and develop courses to harness online and blended learning. She manages projects to deliver free online courses for our FutureLearn portfolio and has a particular interests in learning design, accessibility and the use of data to evidence engagement.
The team is particularly interested in working with academic and professional colleagues early in the process, working collaboratively to realise learning designs, content development and course delivery which goes beyond their vision.
Nuala and Suzanne encourage team based iterative approaches to education design and delivery, and emphasise the importance of clear communication and relationship building at every stage of the process.
