We are getting lovely comments on week one of Ageing Well: Falls

Here are a few from learners on the course………….

A big thank you to everyone. I already feel less isolated and that life is opening up again for me. Looking forward to the rest of the course.

What a great team you educators are! We are getting a lot of feedback and encouragement from your active listening to our woes. Wish you guys could be our health team in real life as you inspire us to put on our good walking shoes and get moving again!
Thank you for an insight into falls and the consequences assocaited with a fall. I am looking forward tothe rest of the course and hope I can out it to good use when I retire soon as I plan to do voluntary work with the elderly.I was cringing at having signed on for this course, feeling that it defined me as frail, old and past my sell by date. But it has been wonderfully empowering and brilliant to share the expertise and experience of others. Thank you! Can't wait for week 2. Whan a fall is a fall when you realise that your current view of life is not the engle your originally chose.
